Shipping
Orders placed on our website are processed as quickly as possible, so that packages are dispatched within 48 business hours after payment is received. However, during periods of high commercial activity, this timeframe may extend to up to 5 business days.
Shipping in Metropolitan France
The standard shipping method is tracked Colissimo, delivered without a signature. Your order will be delivered to your home within 2–3 days. This service is charged at €6 (incl. VAT) for orders under €60 (incl. VAT). If you prefer delivery with a signature, an additional fee applies—please contact us for details. Regardless of the shipping method chosen, we will provide you with a link as soon as possible to track your parcel online. Shipping fees within France are free for orders exceeding €60 (incl. VAT).
Shipping to the European Union
Your order will be shipped via Chronopost or Colissimo and delivered to your home within 2–4 days after dispatch. This service costs between €10 and €15 depending on the destination country.
International Shipping
Your order will be shipped via Colissimo International or FedEx and delivered to your home within 7–15 days after dispatch. This timeframe is indicative and does not account for potential customs clearance delays. The service costs between €15 and €50 depending on the destination country.
Exchanges & Returns
If the products do not meet your expectations, you have 14 days from the delivery date of your order to return them to us.
The return shipping costs will be your responsibility. Before returning any items, the customer must contact us via email at contact@minoisparis.fr for approval. The returned package must include the product in its original packaging, the order number related to the return, a description of the product(s) being returned, and a request for either an exchange or a refund.
For refund requests, the customer's bank account will be credited with the amount of the returned item, including the original shipping fees.
Products used by the customer will not be refunded or exchanged. Only items returned in new condition and in their original packaging will be accepted. For hygiene and safety reasons, Minois Paris reserves the right to refuse returns of unsealed items.
